1.Delivery: Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price. 2.Ordering: Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order Placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Almas Kitchen of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. For these purposes we may transfer your information to trusted third parties. 3.Returns Refunds: If the goods are faulty or damaged, you may contact Almas Kitchen within 28 days and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Almas Kitchen reserves the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above. Merchandise must include all original packaging in the original carton. There must be no writing on the manufacturers box. Incomplete returns will receive a credit reflecting any missing items.
