All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied on the website is an estimate only.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order please email us within 48 hours after you have placed an order. If we have not despatched your order we will refund your monies within 5 working days. If your order has already been despatched and you wish to cancel your order please follow our returns procedure as shown below. Please note that we can only refund the payment card that was used to make the online purchase.
As a UK resident you have the right to cancel goods that you have purchased online under a ‘cooling off period’ of 7 working days as per the consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.International consumer rights.
If you would like to return a product you have ordered on this website you will need to notify us in writing by emailing within 7 working days of receipt of your order.
To qualify for a full refund items returned need to be unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please note that we cannot provide you with a refund for products that have been damaged whilst in your care. On receipt of your email we will reply to you within 2 working days confirming your return request, alternately you can telephone us we will then provide you with the postal address of where to send the items you wish to return. Please note that we will not cover the delivery cost for any products you wish to return unless they were damaged in transit before they came under your care. If any products are delivered to you in a damaged condition please notify us immediately by telephone so that we can arrange a replacement for you. In this instance we will cover the cost of the return and the additional charge for a replacement product to be delivered to you.
.Once we have received your return we will email you to acknowledge receipt and will confirm if a refund is applicable depending on the condition of the product returned. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date we receive your return request email. Please note that we can only refund the payment card that was used to make the initial purchase.
Please note that delivery is only available to the UK, we are unable to deliver to any other country at present.
When you have successfully placed your order we will aim to despatch your items to you as quickly as possible within 48 hrs. But please note that once it has been put in the hands of the courier we have no control of the delivery, sometime due to adverse weather conditions there can be delays in delivery .Our delivery charges are weight based.
